FOOD WASTE INTO ENERGY

Food waste from restaurant, market, & kitchen create serious problem especially
during collection & disposal. On average a person disposes 0.5kg/day of
food waste which deteriorates at landll and produced greenhouse gases
(methane,CO2) in uncontrollable manner.
Our F2G Biodigester system offer both on-site collection of food waste into renewable energy which can be used for heating & electricity.

Our content has an average of 80%-87% of methane content which
is considered very high to generate energy & heat. Biogas produced is
ltered & nally enters the generators. From there it generate 2.5 kw of
electricity.

PROCESSES INVOLVED WITHIN BIODIGESTER SYSTEM
1. Organic wastes collected into the grinder machine
2. Organic waste is mixed with water in the leachate tank
3. Organic waste is stirred in the digester tank. The digester tank contains microorganism that would start the anaerobic digestion (without oxygen).
Digested organic waste mixture would produce methane gas. The organic
waste digestion could only be started atsuitable pH and temperature.
4. Methane gas is collected inside the balloon.
5. Methane gas that been produce can be used as cooking gas.
6. Methane gas would be directed to the biogas generator as a source of electricity.
